I need a good appraisal here guys.
I own: www.watermarginforum.com (Fansite for the MMORPG www.108.com.my) and it's currently doing relly well. Im selling up soon to create some funds for my laptop im purchasing mid summer. I have disclosed below a copy of the stats:

And last month, the site generated $19.43 revenue from google adsense. The site has hidden value really as it's the ONLY watermargin fansite on the internet to establish even the slightest active user base. I expect the site to grow considerably once the game comes out of Beta and is released as a final release.
How much do you guys think it's worth?
