Good FTP client? Er, free ones plz

Hi,

I'm using WS_FTP LE ... and it's kinda like ... :zzz: ... so I need a new one. Reallllly badly. It's also slow.

Which FREE ones do you recommend? Do you use?

I use and recommend filezilla, nice program also does secure ftp

If you use Firefox as your browser, try out the FireFTP extension. Works real well for me.

My personal opinion is that it is dangerous to use your browser as an FTP client. I can envision the hell created if this gets exploited and FTP programs do get exploited. We certainly know that browsers can..so integration of the 2 is a poor idea imho.

Get SmartFTP. It's free.

LOL I like having an FTP in a browser... besides, it's an extention, not a direct portal of the browser.
