Me and Kfkm09 have been trying to resolve this issue, but, maybe the Namepros community can shine some light?
Well, I am trying to login to FTP on my site (www.ghetto101.com) but am having problems. Now, when I go and use a web-based FTP client (www.net2ftp.com) and put in my details, it logs in fine and I can acess the files.
However, when I try to use a remote client located on my computer, I'm using SmartFTP at the minute, I use the exact same details as I do on the web-based, but it does not login
And it's not a problem with SmartFTP because when I try to login to my RedNerve FTP account it works fine!
Any ideas on what the problem could be?
