IMO, it's quite expensive but my friends recommend it ...

I have no experience with their products. But their marketing I do not like. They use telemarketing. That has turned my off of them. I currently have a dedicated server with Servermatrix.com. They are division of thePlanet.com. I've been very impressed so far with it. You might want to check it out.

LayeredTech.com is better (based on #1 Savvis network), but you need to hire a server management company separately.

There are a lot of horror stories about aplus.net. You may want to consider or you'll be in the same position as the others.

I really would give hostingZOOM a go. Been with them for over 6 months now, no probs whatsoever.

Support is Great, (Im actually at resellerZOOM, a subdivision of hostingZOOM but they use the same tech staff.) And they have a healthy support forum as well: http://forum.resellerzoom.com/

Bit on the pricey side, but well worth it IMO.

LT is great! I'm using that network here as well. But you must know what you are doing for server administration since all servers are 100% self managed. I wouldn't recommend getting any outsourced companies to run your server (frankly there is always a trust issue). Remember never trust anybody with your servers except yourself :D.

There are lots of trustworthy outsourced admins available and when you become so big, you need to start hiring people to do the work for you. It looks like you haven't reached this point in your business yet but giving advice like "don't trust anyone at all" isn't good advice. Trust those whom deserve your trust. Of course finding the right people can be tough if your not willing to spend $$ for a trustworthy admin.
