unmetered servers usually have lower burst speed. why not get a metered?

I would recommend hivelocity, BUT (a big but) only get a 20mbps + as their 10mbs servers are hosted in their own offices (which are very poor conditions).

They are ok for a while, but when you can afford it upgrade.

They run special offers on WHT quite a bit.
