I actually just got done finishing this. This was a project that I started a few months back before I became entrenched in my new project (Yutter).

Anyways, just put finishing touches on it. Here are the features.

Everything is done with search engine friendly URL's. Example:

Satellite and Map images of every golf course.

Information on the courses.

A graphical user rating system based on 5 stars. Ex:

This site is built for search engines. Only 1 table in the whole site, everything is done in CSS and it is made in a template form so that it will be easy to edit and add advertisements to the new owner.

I am assuming it wouldn't be too hard to add ads on there, right? The course in my backyard has the wrong address, but I checked 8 or 10 others that are close by, they are all correct.

$100 - do you have a BIN and when does this end?

Not an auction, I suppose BIN could be $400, see if someone takes at that price.

No not at all. All the HTML, CSS and PHP is lean and commented.

all you need to do is edit one file to change the look of the whole site.

Works in IE now.

I was just browsing through some of the courses, and it is a very nice script indeed...The one thing I noticed was with some of the URL's the SE Friendlyness produced URLs with punctuation in them, causing a 404 page. For example:

http://www.gogolfingnow.com/CT/Fairfield/H._Smith_Richardson_Golf_Course/

Is there anyway this could be fixed prior to any sale???
