I want to start a domain reselling business and nowadays I am going through all the price lists and promos of major companies.

I have a question about godaddy reseller plan.

What is $199/yr or 299/yr or 99/yr all about?
I mean do they charge this fee yearly for their services or this is the minimum amount which we have to use every year?

It's an annual Fee. It isn't redeemable against anything. Besides. It's not GoDaddy. It's their sister company Wild West Domains.
