GoDaddy: You have to wait 5 days to push a domain to another account

Just an FYI, I tried pushing a newly regged domain to another GoDaddy account and received this error:

"We're having difficulty processing your request.

These domains were not processed due to errors:
Domains
We cannot perform the specified action on these domains because they were registered too recently."

Talked with customer support and they said you need to wait 5 days after registering a name before you can push it to another GD account.

This is new to me, as I've done it in the past, but that's not the case anymore.

The guy on customer service told me his notes said they were updated last in August, not sure if that means it started in August.
