GoDaddy Valuation Models?? Why Are They Different?

I noticed that the domain values assigned in the GD auction marketplace are different than the values given on the GD free appraisal page. Not sure why they are giving different values.

I looked at numerous domains in the closeouts and compared the listed Estimated Value to what came up when I used the free appraisal.

Weird that they would all be different. Some dramatically different.
