GoDaddy Transaction ID , Security Code

Hello NP Members .

I have pushed a domain to another GD account and its in his incoming domain transfer account , godaddy is asking him to put in the Transaction ID and Security Code where can i get this info from?

If you have pushed a domain to another GD account, you will have received/will receive an email with the Transaction ID and Security code from GoDaddy. Be sure you're checking the administrative contact email address and also check your junk and spam folders.

Have not received any info from godaddy . Called them twice and its still not resolved .

Godaddy is NOT the new registrar .The domain is registered with godaddy and pushed to another godaddy account .

And they are asking for the Transaction ID and Security Code

Sorry. I misunderstood. In that case, the receiving account owner must have received the Transaction ID and Security Code

No, Pushed to another GD account they just ask you "Please approve your contact info update" by sending email to you.

After you approve your contact, they will send you another email with subject "Your registrant name change is pending", and then one more email "The contact info update is complete".

After the receiver account accepts the domain, you will receive an email "Change of account confirmation".

Everything will be completed like that.

I guess you pushed from Wildwestdomains to Godaddy account, double check it. In this case, you will have to buy transfer service.

Godaddy has some serious issues in the last weeks regarding transfers and push. Last week I have waited 7 days to receive the codes from them, this week I have one transfer started three days ago for which they didn't sent the codes and one more started 12 hours ago for which I'm still waiting, even if they sent an email to the buyer saying that they have sent the codes to my email address.

I'm also lately having problems with pushes inside GoDaddy. That place is a gong show.
