Is it worth purchasing the protection plan from GoDaddy for my domains?

I would say no. I’ve had domains over there 15+ years. Never had a case of somebody else changing my nameservers or name being transferred without me doing it. I see something about a 90 day window where you can renew your domain in case you forget. I renew my domains on time, so that’s not an issue. Stay organized, renew on time, be good about your login info, great password and such, can be even better if you use 2 factor authorization or whatever other free options they have.

If you check this forum, You will probably search something else than godaddy for your domains, but this is just my opinion.
