I'm trying to transfer several domains to another account, but GoDaddy won't accept buyers info. My buyer ensures me that everything is ok with his account.

What's the problem? Thank you :)

Few possibilities for the issue:

- domain is not unlocked
- domain has ID privacy activated on it, which has to be removed before transfer
- buyer really did give you wrong details...let them double-check everything

If its a GoDaddy to GoDaddy transfer they can easily push the domain too, but without the proper buyer details it will still be impossible.

Im the buyer and i have been receiving domains from other people this week. I did have one person have a problem with not being able to send but after a few tries it worked.

Also just checked the info again and its correct

Whether the domain is made more than 60 days!?

Try submitting the account change with "retain current registrant info". Then tell buyer to update the whois. It could be their account profile information is not complete.

Nah i have it all complete. I have messaged iko to try and do one at the time since maybe it could be that one or more of them isn't 60 days.

60 days doesn't matter for transfers within godaddy. Only if you are transferring to another registrar.

I've encountered this before... what worked for me was leaving the whois information in my name, and having the buyer change it when he accepts the domain. If the buyer doesn't change it, a quick ticket to Godaddy support will do the trick.

Let me know if that works for you.

Thanks pjb that would explain why last domains people have sent without changing their info, because i know they had the same problem.

I've tried the same as you did, and it works! This is the first time I'm having such problem with GD push.

Thank you for this tip :D
