I tried to email them for answers but was unclear.

Just to check, can domains not registered at GD able to list for premium listing?

And domains not registered at GD able to list for Make Offer at GD? How much is the commission?

Last, if you list for Make Offer at GD, does the page appear clearly like premium listing where it says our domains are for sale when someone search for it?

1. No.

2. Yes. 10% ($5 min) for any listing type (buy now/offer/etc) vs 30% for premium listings

3. No, only premium listings shows when your search for new registration (if you seacrh in auctions you'll find all listings of course)
