When you add payment options on godaddy, it is all slick and smooth, but When you click add payee on Godaddy it goes to a legacy thin client style page. I think legacy of some mergers and acquisitions.
But I have been tryong add a payee, I am splitting hairs.
One reason i stopped using them is these tech issues.
many times I try to make a payment and the add payment button will not get active.
Couple days back, it took me 2 hours to renew a domain because of the payment issue.
Poor support guy was with me and asked me to clear cookies, use incognito and it took so long...
I am not complaining in a bad way but this is more a feedback. They need to streamline their tech.
Sorry, I digress, before I trouble a poor customer care rep, has anyone faced this issue on add payee?
I am stuck after giving the payee nickname. I can't edit that payee details for the life of me.
I tried firefox, chrome, safari, clear cookies, ingcognito
