GoDaddy offers .com only for 1$

I've seen that Godaddy offers domain .com only for 1$, but they limited to one domain per customer. Until 04/11.

Are you sure they are? In, past it has been buy two years get first year for $1. Also, is this for new customers only?

If you're new customer, you can use 99 cents coupon to buy (only once per account)
However, when buying 2 years, you will get the 1st year just only 99 cents, buy as many as you want, no limit here.
