GoDaddy not resetting authentication

After phone theft. Yes I called. 2nd time I encounter someone who says"I don't know how to do that".

I haved that need renewing.

Emailed according to their reset request guide as well.

Have you tried locking the domain, then requesting the auth, then unlocking again to do the same? Request it several times after that.
