Who has noticed Godaddy Live Chat is not working? I am trying to reach them to lay a complaint. I am tired of calling their customer care.
What can be done?

Yes it has been off for a while ,hope there is rep here ,I so prefer the live chat than calling and being put on hold ect ,live chat is much easier

Yes I agree with NADAMS. I am tired of calling the customer care all the time. I prefer LiveChat.

I have just checked the forum threads seems @Joe Styler is the Aftermarket product manager ,maybe he can let us know when the live chat will be up and running

On the Godaddy Indian version, I find the live chat option on few selective pages like VPS hosting and so

And that too only during business hours

guys i think they have disable it from other country which is a bad move from godaddy support.
the solution i can offer you guys that use firefox broswer is to add and extension on your firefox (ip) use it to change ur ip to US and chat with their support.
i dislike what godaddy has done and if i have a good option i will move out from them

Its obvious they are taking steps that can lead to failure.

Honestly, no idea. I work outside of the normal customer care org so I'm not tuned into discussions on live chat.

I will pass on your request to that team, and let them know that the service is missed

Thanks Paul for stopping by. Please tell the Godaddy team to bring back the LiveChat feature. I can't be calling at all times giving I will have to make the call internationally.

I had the exact opposite experience. On the auctions help site, I was able to use Live chat last night my time (IST). The agent at the other end was a non-indian though so I dunno what to make of it

Maybe... maybe not. I just checked and chat is enabled and available for me right now. In fact, going to get into chat with them when I get home
