What are the major differences (if any) between GoDaddy Linux hosting and the top Linux hosts?

If you had an option between 6 months free hosting with GoDaddy Linux deluxe or 6 months paid hosting with a top Linux host, which would you choose?

I think there is no difference between them at all.

Read reviews on GoDaddy and it will likely help in your decision. Keep in mind they are a domain company, and do not specialize at all in hosting; if you don't require support or assistance from them, then they would probably be fine.
