Does go daddy give full refunds for the .eu pre-registrations? It is not clear at all how they do it? Do they give it in credit or back to your paypal account?

I called them today (my ISP was down, I had no web access, lots of free time) and they said yes, a full refund will be given for any/all pre-regs that are unsuccessful. Then to be sure, I called back again and asked a second rep, got the same answer.

It appears everything is ok.

Guys, I want to also make you aware of something else I just discovered. I've found 3 examples of .EU domains that were NOT available (already taken) to pre-order at GoDaddy yesterday, but tonight they are available.

From what I can tell you can't "cancel" a pre-reg, so I have no idea why the change in status has occurred, but it can't hurt to double check any names on your "wanted" list to see if they've somehow become available again.

No idea if this is the reason, but maybe a sunrise application was rejected which put the name back in the hunt?
