I was able to use the credit card that was stored in my express checkout.

Did you check the boxes at the bottom agreeing to the TOS, etc?

I just transfered a .in and here is the trick. Skyline I had the same problem as you. I don't have my cc on express checkout so it kept going back to the same page over and over so what I noticed is that you had to buy something else to get the 99 cent .in transfer. The cheapest thing you can buy for it to go thru is a .info only 89cents a total of 2.09 it worked for me.

I just got in yesterday. The thing that annoys me about these promos is only one domain is allowed per account and
