finally got this code to work from Canada!

steps;

added domain to cart
added promo code in cart
removed domain from cart
then still had code showing in url bar
researched for domain
then added domain to cart
code was in url bar and is now initiated for 3 domains at $0.99 usd!

Did you add all 3 domains at once and then remove all 3 and then re research all 3 OR did you do the above step 3 seperate times?

No you can add one domain at once and then remove it. After remove you can add all 3 domains.

as long as the promo code shows in the url bar u r good 2 go.

I think the rule of thumb is: If you are using a promo code, a credit card is required. Only on regular priced items you can use PayPal or credit card.

Hi big thanks for that - 3 domains at $0.99 in UK. Had to set currency to USD before starting... added domain, then discount code, still was not working until I emptied the cart and then put stuff in and it auto-applied the discount. So you may have to experiment a bit to get it to work.

The logic behind your approach is :

The Code should be added as a link code before adding domains to cart.

You didn't follow the link code and you manually insert Code on checkout and it didn't applied.

After removing domains and adding domains again its works well because the coupon code added before adding domains. (that you manually added on checkout last time)

Your approach involved double work....... and sometimes manually added codes will not apply again when you add next time.


Better Approach is:

Use Link code before adding domains to your cart

Sample Link Code : https://godaddy.com/?isc=gofd1003xx

Then add domains....

It works perfect

Most of the 99Cent Coupons works only as a link code


P.S.

Most of the members here already knew link codes but some may don't know this approach thats why I have mentioned it.
