GoDaddy gone little crazy. They are always trying different things. Just look at the bottom of your domain. You will find very near to the empty cart button

Yep i was caught out and suspected after their recent troubles something was up but eventually spotted that pesky discount code box and all is right in the world again!

Regardless of emptying the cart and adding the domain again this code only seems to work for US and Canada users (eventhough Godaddy doesn't mention this in the fine print of the code).

I notice a lot of y'all are buying domains up left and right with those $1 codes, $2.95 codes, etc. I presume most are interested in renew codes as well. So I am sorry if this is off-topic but I am curious: what are y'all doing with your names?

Are you selling them? If so, where do you sell them and have you had good luck selling them? Building sites on them? Just collecting and renewing? Other?

I am just curious. Personally, I am not buying any more domains. It costs me too much for me to renew what I already have. I am always seeking the best renewal codes, myself. I have found that selling them is very, very difficult. I get maybe 2-3 sales per year. I dont build them out but maybe I should.

My focus is on selling and leasing my domains.
I don't have time to develop most of them or I would.

The best platform to sell your domains is DNS or your own platform so you can cut out the middleman. I did sell quite a few domains with Godaddy auctions, sedo.com and Afternic as well but since Sedo started with SedoMLS I'm trying to avoid them. I use Bido.com as well for mediocre domains that I don't plan to renew.
