GoDaddy confirmation not really a confirmation

I was trying to pick up a name which was deleting.. Registered it.. It showed on godaddy that it was successful.

Then I checked the whois and it wasn't my info.

I checked the email notification that you usually get, it said error during registration....

Very disappointing procedure from godaddy...

That happens usually if its backordered (due to rush towards dropcatching the same name by many people/Backorder services).
