GoDaddy Closeout

Hey guys , I purchased a domain from GD clouseout on 13/4 /2017
it's on the won list , and right beside it , they wrote that : domain will be ready on 20/4/2017

However , the domain still not in my account, I didn't get the"Your transition is complete" mail or , "your domain is no longer availiable"


the domain was from another registrar , (not Godaddy , ) but i've done the same process in the past and everything went smoothly ,

I even bought 3 other domains after that , on 14/4 , and I got them all , accept for that first one :\

so what's goin on ? any ideas ?

I've either received the domain very late on that day or a day or two later.

Than again, I've also received very late "domain has been canceled" type email in the same time frame as well.

Check your account to see if they refunded your purchase. It happened to me lately and they didn't notify me about it.

maybe the original owner renewed it

@mike2100, as my experience, that means the owner renewed it, Godaddy will not request the money from your bank, when I followed with my bank, they said they wait about 12 days, if the Company you bought from did not send the invoice to them (bank), so they will cancel it (the transaction), Just check with your bank.

So in this case, you should contact Godaddy through email I think is at : auctions @ godaddy . com or their Online chat

Look in your history of orders in GD Account Settings and see if there is a refund showing yet. You can spot it because it would look like -$19.17 or something like that. It will have the negative sign in front of it. If you don't see that I think you're still on track to receive the name, maybe just a little slow coming from the other registrar.

Lately, they have not been sending notification e-mails about every single refund situation.

i looked at my order history , the domain is not there , and so is the new purchased domains which I'm still waiting for ,
all the orders are about the completed transitions


on Whois , it says that :

Check if it is in your "Not won/lost" tab on the Auctions site.
Possibly because the original owner renewed it or transferred it out.
