I checked on a BIN listing I have on GoDaddy and it was indicated as being sold with a status of "Hold for Buyer Payment."
Checking my account a few hours later I see the domain is no longer listed as being sold and has been moved to my current active listings.
I called GoDaddy to ask if a customer is really allowed to initiate the buy it now process and then retract their bid, after GoDaddy recognizes the purchase by placing it in my sold domains list. They couldn't give me an answer and agreed it was "strange." Yeah, I agree it's "strange," but you're the ones offering this service and agreeing that it's "strange" yet can provide no explanation why this was/is allowed to happen.
Has anyone had a similar experience or could provide some insight that the employees at GoDaddy do not have? I attached a screenshot showing the domain as being sold. Thanks.
