GoDaddy backorder lost question

I had one GoDaddy backorder which dropped in the last couple of days. OK. I know they aren't much good at capturing drops. This was not a problem for me, as I planned to have GoDaddy grab the domain after the taster drops the domain after 5 days. GoDaddy are good at that.

So, a taster has grabbed the domain. Now they're emailing me to buy the domain. !@#$ How do they know I had a backorder on the domain? Taster looks like it's associated with InterCosmos Group (Directnic).

Have you got the name? If so then Whois. Otherwise if you haven't got it from GoDaddy.com yet this is very interesting....

[Edit] Whoops, I think I read this wrong. They are offering the name to you or want to buy it from you?

Hey. I spoke too soon. I own the .net All is now explainable I guess I just have to wait for them to drop it
