Hi everyone, I have a question for you.

Recently, I've noticed that some domains on auction at GoDaddy have gone from requiring a minimum offer of $10 or $25 to a $1,900 offer. At the same time the auction end date has been extended by 88 days.

Can anyone explain why this is happening?

Hi, I noticed some Member Listings at GoDaddy auctions. How come people can sell their domain again? Is this for everyone or just some mebers? This was my main venue, since they moved everything to Afternic I sold zero domains. Can we list at Godaddy again?

If these just aren't imported Afternic listings, then this is a great question I'd love to see answered.

Hi @GoDaddy do you have an answer on this matter?

Here, a screenshot of member listing auction , how can one list domains at your marketplace. Is this for some "special" clients or something else?

Yeah I’ve noticed this too but haven’t had time to look into it. Always $1900 min offer.

I checked the WHOIS records for a few of these. BuyDomains appears to be the registrant.

Yes, today another expired domain auction switched from 25$ to 1.900$ minimum offer.

@GoDaddy Could you help us to understand it?

GoDaddy is running a premium auction. This is just like the 2 previous ones they had before where the starting bid higher than regular expired domain auctions.

That one might be but I’m 90% sure none of the ones I saw were. These are all from the last few weeks and every one had min offer 1900 pointing to a standard GD auction page.
I agree with you. Nevertheless, those domains have an auction end date 89-88 days.

Hi all
The domain you mentioned, @silentg, was featured in our recent Premium Auction Event. This was the first auction event where we collaborated with a third-party seller to include some of their domains. We're excited to keep this initiative going. If you're interested in selling your domains in a future auction event, please reach out to your Premier Services rep.

@Enry, if you have another domain example, please DM us!
