GoDaddy Auction "Discount Available" caution

Hi,

If you don't know, when you buy domains from GD closeouts, each domain there has "discount available" tag with question mark next to it. When you "mouseover", you see this text:

""Save on Closeout domains, exclusive to GoDaddy Auctions! Take an extra $5 off five domains, save $10 off 10 domains or take $20 off 20 or more domains. No membership required.""

This discount always worked until yesterday. Although the promised discount text is still there, nothing is taken off in the cart. No codes were ever required or provided. It was always automatic.

I talked to support over chat and he is clueless about it. Just wasted half an hour.

My premium account agent is away for few days, so no response to be expected there.

Did anyone use this and has anyone experienced it since yesterday?

This will save you 5 times the discount you were using before.

yeah, those coupons normally don't work for the membership accounts... Besides, this $1 is taken off the auction fee and is regardless of any other coupons/prices etc.

If you're experiencing a change in GD Auctions to something that always worked for you before, then I think there's something up with the GD Auctions interface. Yesterday for the first time, I was unable to Delete anything from my Watch List. I tried Safari, Chrome and Firefox, so it's not a browser issue. It's still not working today.

I had been bracing to call GD customer service but on previous occasions have found them utterly useless for anything to do with GD Auctions. The last one I spoke to didn't know what Afternic was (seriously..).

Yes, I tested it and nothing can be removed from watch list.
And regular support is awful. You'll probably get something like "I cannot see it on my end", "What is watch list, we don't sell watches" )

Same here, No discounts being applied on multiple auction/closeout purchases, and I can't remove domains from my watch list
