GoDaddy appraisal for available domains!!!

i just checked domain value with go daddy for waaoo dot com it was available for registration. after 2-3 minutes the domain is taken.

the domain is registered through godaddy i no idea who regd it cuz whois showing domainsbyproxy.

the domain was availbale about 2,5 hours after the drop.
i also checked ns history on hosterstats, maybe someone from name.com staff stole my idea cuz i got failed payment when purch it on name.com
