question GoDaddy Account Name Change?

I recently changed my GD account name.
But problem is that new name is only shown on account settings ,but not on menu bar.
There is still old name at Customer Info on top right corner.

I want to change my user name and they provide this option, but somehow it does not work.
Why? Have you experienced similar problem?
