So much for "24/7" support.

I've been on hold for 20 minutes and counting.

The fuck? Did everyone working the graveyard shift fall asleep? Or is this a joke? Is no one going to answer til 9 am?

Is this the new normal? Or have they flagged my number for complaining too much?
