Hey friends,

To those who have partaken in Gname auctions or backorders, what is your experience?

Their clunky interface and the questionable fees they charge just to backorder or to participate, have deterred me from using them.

Any experiences / tips would be appreciated :)

Hey! I’ve used GNAME a bit, and while the interface isn’t the sleekest, it gets the job done. The $7 fee to join auctions is unique, but it does mean you don’t have to backorder to participate, which can actually be a plus. Once you get used to their approach, it can be a good option, especially if you're looking to explore alternatives to platforms like Dropcatch or NameJet.
