I am not sure if this issue has been fixed by google.

Currently, 5 days ago, 2 filters have been created in my gmail account: Forward Godaddy and register emails to hacker email account ([email protected]). 2 of my value domains were just about gone if I didn't renew on of my other domain. I realized because I didn't get the confirmation email after renewal.
