I believe its polish for "alleys" or "avenues"

Ive also heard it means "to move away" in spanish.

Anyone got any ideas on this one OR if you speak any of the languages above, could you tell me if it is a commonly used word in polish or spanish?

I'm from Poland, but I'm not good at apparaisals, but I hope that I'll help. As you wrote "aleje" means "alleys" or "avenues", indeed, but I'm affraid that it has low value undeveloped. It is actually quite common word, but I think it's gonna be hard to find a buyer for this one in Poland. In my opinion, if you sell this one for ~$100 to someone from Poland, you should be happy. But remember that I'm not good at apparaisals!
