GiftsAtOnce is a site that provides numerous services for everything gifts. It offers a gift-finder, anonymous gift opinions (user selects a gift they want to get for someone, the website attempts to fetch the recipient's opinion that way the user doesn't waste his/her time with buying it. also useful for word-of-mouth promotion!), reminders for occasions and more, just check it out.
Coding... It's all in PHP4 with a MySQL backend. 100% coded by myself, except for the occasional javascript which credit is given in the header, but even then some of that I did. There's some AJAX involved as well for your ease-of-use. This is not a canned-overnight-turnkey website. I've coded over 10,000 lines of code.
Admin... Almost EVERYTHING is editable from the admin section. I've even included a backup script which will backup all files to include SQL databases. The admin section is fairly intense. When adding products you can choose to upload the product image from your computer OR from a website (via url).
Traffic Statistics: Not yet opened. I have written a nice script that allows the administrator to track who is at the site and where they came from and when. Lots of data with options to organize it. (I'm a huge data freak) GoogleBot has been crawling it for sometime now. It has a few thousand hits, so expect it to be placed sometime soon.
Revenue: Minimal as of now (it's never been officially opened). Opened for a brief period for evaluation and received about $26 and some change. Great thing about Amazon is, you only have to refer the user to ANY page of theirs and whatever they buy in 24 hours from that click is commissionable. I guess that's how I got $26 in the course of a couple weeks.

Additional Notes: The primary source for products is the Amazon Affiliate program. I've written a script in the admin section which makes adding products a breeze from Amazon by going onto their site and obtaining product information. You can add products from other commission-based sites if you wish.
Buyer will need to provide their own hosting. I will provide ALL files to include the database (some 25 tables or so) but without the products. Like I said, the products are based on my affiliate account.
Should be easy to set up considering most is covered in a configuration file I created.
Reason for Sell: I'm a coder. I love coding and script writing. I've done just about everything I've wanted to do to this site (it's feature rich) and I just don't feel like maintaining and adding products. That's not so much my thing. So hopefully someone with some time on their hands and wants an e-store (custom) will be attracted.
I hope I covered everything... I work somewhat of a crazy schedule, so if you ask me questions I WILL get back to you, but normally once or twice a day.
