domain Gift(.)tl – Thoughts on Value & Best Sales Approach?

Hey everyone, it’s been a while since I last posted. I’m looking for some insight on my domain Gift(.)tl, which our company has owned for 15 years.

These days, renewals cost $79/year at Name.com (it used to be much cheaper at $40/year). Since we are not using it as originally planned, I’m considering selling it—likely via auction on Sedo, but I’m open to other strategies if there’s a better approach.

On one hand, .tl isn’t a widely recognized TLD, but on the other hand, "gift" is a premium one-word domain that’s difficult to acquire in most TLDs.

I’d love to hear your thoughts:

• What do you think it’s worth in today’s market?
• Would Sedo be the best platform, or are there other marketplaces that might yield better results?

Thanks Jordan. Wow, if that's the case. Then no need for me to auction it off. We're better to just not renew the domain. Sad ending.
