Getting PayPal information

I need to contact someone from something I bought on Ebay and he isn't replying to my emails. Is there a way I can see a phone number on paypal/ebay without going throgh 10 days waiting for a response?

Do you have their real name & address? If you do, check AnyWho.com

try doing a little detective work
search google and msn etc for any info you have on him (email/name etc..)
that usually atleast finds something if you look hard enough

paypal wont be of any help
