Arg! Ebay seller!

Just felt like complaining to someone so....I bought this item on ebay (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=11322&item=3068512023) before the new year and payed same day via paypal, and still have not recieved a tracking number or response to my emails requesting the reason for the delay. Some may say that this isn't slow shipment, but this guy promised so send within 48hrs (as posted in item description). He had a decient trader rating so I thought he would be a legit seller.

Anyone else deal with bad sellers on ebay?

my mate had a ipaq stolen from him

now paypal are sending debt collectors to his house
