Getting parked domains to pay their way

I am curious to see so many domains that are simpl parked getting good stats and revenue. Does anyone have any advise on how to maximise parking revenues?

Relevant ads are what yield the best CTR for type ins.

If your domain is PlasticBottles.com and you get 10 typeins per day, you want your ads to be for plastic bottles- not Forex, Credit Reports or Background Checks.

If your domain is yxz.com and it gets 800 a month, then the Forex, Background Checks and Credit Report ads come into play.
