Getting more info about a domain - Stats

Im trying to find out how many visitors a site gets, but the owner doesnt know that info either. Are there any sites that can give me information like page views without having to own the domain?

For more in-depth analysis the owner should be able to give you this information if his website is live, most hosting companies provide this information free. However, you could try sites like Quantcast or Alexa to see what their traffic is like!.

Quantcast or Alexa dont really give me any / much information because they arnt in the top 100,000 sites, are there any others.
