Getting in a very premium expiring name auction

There is a very highly prized premium name about to drop. I want to get in on the action. It will surely be in the thousands of dollars.

I have it backordred on Pool and Snapnames. What are my chances of being part of the auction on just those two? Are there other services I should backorder from also to make sure?

There are other places you could put in backorders, such as GoDaddy, Enom, and Namewinner off the top of my head ... but if you think it'll hit the $1,000's then you're probably in the ballgame at either Snapnames or Pool, IMHO. How much are you prepared to pay for it if it bids up quickly? :talk:

In my limited experience of getting drops (about 15) I would say there's a 99 % chance it will go to Snapnames as they are partnered with Network Solutions. The only way pool or others will get it is if nobody backorders it at snapnames.

There's a very good chance you will be bidding with about another 60 + people if the name is that good - The people with the big money to spend don't usually start to bid until the last hour or less alot of the ones I'v been in.
