Getting and EPP/Auth Code from EuroDNS...

Anyone go through the experience of trying to get an EPP/Authorization Code from EuroDNS lately?

I initiated a transfer 3 days ago, but received no code. I've since put in a ticket...updated that ticket hours later, then opened another ticket today, all to no avail.

I've heard bad things in the past about EuroDNS and releasing names, but this is ridiculous. I have the name lined up to go to auction, but I can't deliver it if I can't get the code for them!

Very frustrating.

Justin, did you try this (found here)?

If you wish to transfer your domain from EuroDNS to another registrar, follow the steps below:
1. Log on to your EuroDNS account
2. Go to item My domains > Manage my domains
3. Select the concerned domain
4. In the field Transfer to another (located in the page bottom), click Registrar
5. Click Confirm
6. The auth code will be sent to the account email

Thanks for the link, but I've already gone through these steps, but no email was ever sent to me. Repeated help tickets have gone unanswered.

Thank you for the help and suggestions, I've finally just resorted to pushing the name to another EuroDNS acct.
