Transferring out from Eurodns

i was trying to transfer out my domain from eurodns.com the other day. today i received an email saying that the domain is under transfer out process, and if i don't stop it before 5 days from now it will be processed. but ironically i haven't initiated the transfer process at the other domain registrar. i, actually, am yet to get my authentication code from them.
is it a normal thing at eurodns.com?

Yes it's normal. You will get your auth code after those 5 days are up.
