I have a domain that expired 30 days ago from Godaddy. I didn't want it then, but now I've decided I do want it.

I heard somewhere I have up to 90 days after a name expires to get it back? Is this true? How can I do it?

I know I already posted this thread in another subforum, but I made a typo which really changed the meaning of the thread's title that I cannot change.

You have approximately 43 days to "redeem" the domain name. You'll need to contact godaddy to see if your domain name is in a redeemable status. If it is, they will charge you $80 for the redemption and a 1 year renewal. If it had privacy, they will also apply a charge for 1 year of that.

I would recommend doing a whois lookup and seeing the status. If it is a quality domain name, someone may have won it at TDNAM, and your honestly pushing the timeframe here. Call GoDaddy immediately.
