I am currently experiencing problems with Name2Host, and like you I am not receiving responses to my inquiries. In my case, I had just recently renewed my annual subscription but I continued to receive "reminder" e-mails to renew my subscription. I wrote asking why I kept receiving these warnings despite the fact that I had paid up, and I received no responses. Sure enough, my site went down despite the fact that I had renewed the subscription. No one has responded so far to my inquiries, so I will need to take more aggressive actions. What a sham this service is!
To everyone out there - do not sign up with Name2Host! They do not provide any customer service, and yet they create situations (like the one just described) where you require it!
