Non-existant customer service
I signed up for Name2host for domain registration because it was cheap. You get what you pay for. They have absolutely no customer service. Don't respond to emails, says "contact us" with questions, but don't give a contact person, only "support" email. If you know you won't need to make any changes with your domain, I suppose they'd be fine, but I decided to let my domain run out rather than renew with them. (I attempted for over two years to switch to another provider, but never got a response to my many emails.)
