Does Snapnames offer support? Or is it closing?

I send out an email to Snapnames - tried to get someone on the phone but got an answering machine, requesting for me to leave a name and number.
I doubt they will make a call to The Netherlands so i didn't leave any information.

Is there any way of getting in touch with Snapnames?
Or is Snapnames not responding because it's about to end? With the introduction of NameJet.com?

I have E-mailed them a few times and they have always been helpful. But a 24 hour wait is just normal.
I don't think snap is going to end. They have lost a good source of prerelease names but for the true drops they have an army of registrars working for them so there is still business in sight...
