I just posted an article over at NameCult showing a portfolio projection of going from $0 to -$10,000 to $1,000,000 all in about 6 years:
- Turning $10,000 into $1,000,000 in 6 Years of Domaining (Namecult)

Please check it out, and once you understand how it works and the possible variables that can be changed, please feel free to return here and ask me to post a Portfolio Projection based on numbers of your choosing.

It can be your own personal numbers, or simply numbers you're curious about. I'd like if people start with more realistic variables. But once the first wave of projection requests passes, feel free to request I post some crazy "fantasy" projections.
Please limit it to one request at a time per person until I've posted results from your previous projection request.
(I'll likely post them in bacthes depending on how many people make requests.)

The main variables are:
- Number of Domain Acquisitions per Day
- Average Acquisition Cost (including renewal for expiring domains)
- Average Renewal Cost
- Sell-Through Rate (per Year)
- Average Sale Price

Also feel free to discuss any of the specific projections shared right here in this thread.

If you want to discuss the process and theory/math, then it might be better to do so at the original article at NameCult or in the following NamePros thread:

Here's a couple of example Portfolio Projections I used for the article just to give you an idea:

Example #1: $1,000,000 in 6 Years.

Example #2: $1,000,000 in 10 Years.
