Sounds like SPAM to me. Your URL does not contain anything about submitting websites to MSN. It's just stuff about merchant accounts with plenty of ads. I guess you are trying to deceive people by making them go to that page and then clicking on the ads.

I hope the mod sees this and remove that URL from your post.
