Tried browsing around and it looks like a parked domain to me.

Current whois says the nameservers are "name-services.com", which are Enom's servers. Have to concur with you re. it being a parking page.

Maybe Luke is a little early in making this post as his sig says, "Site Coming Soon". Or then again, maybe he just forgot to "flip the switch" to make his site live...
